Well Positioned in 2024

2024 Outlook from Tina Lux-Boim, President of SAIM

Let me start with a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to each of you and your teams. Last year was tremendous for SAIM. We brought new client locations on board and developed software updates that delivered even more efficiency to the facilities SAIM supports, resulting in a better application overall.

In 2024, SAIM is well positioned, and we continue to serve you by exploring ways to further improve our application and provide additional offerings and services to lower risk and increase value in your facility operations.

Some key items to keep an eye on this year include:

  • SAIM is deploying our software in another 10-12 new commercial airport locations, extending our coverage as we approach 50 airports across the United States.
  • We’re working to offer an innovative parts and asset management module that can be added to your Tank Farm manager, along with a complete roadmap that will include additional feature releases based on user feedback.
  • Again, this year, we will increase our customer success and project management staff to provide even better service to our clients and daily application users.
  • SAIM is building a multi-touch customer success program that will include regular calls with each location and their teams for questions, training, and feedback, plus useful articles, and short training videos.
  • The 3rd Annual SAIM CONNECT user conference from April 2-4 in Kansas City will be bigger and even better with additional networking opportunities, training, feedback workshops, and a motivating and inspiring keynote speaker. At the conference, we will launch a user certification program that will offer cost benefits to the facilities that embrace getting their users certified.
  • We remain focused on cybersecurity enhancements and offerings and plan to keep you updated as this important work progresses.
  • Finally, SAIM continues to invest in and explore expanded areas to service the aviation and fuels markets.

As you can tell, 2024 is shaping up to be busy and exciting for our users and the industry overall. We are committed to serving you, and we value your business.

Thank you,

Tina Lux-Boim

President of SAIM
