How would you describe the SAIM platform in one sentence?
SAIM is the ‘digital backbone’ for fuel facility operators, delivering tools to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and ensure operational excellence.
What does your role as Marketing Manager entail?
I lead SAIM’s marketing efforts to drive growth and support sales initiatives. My role balances independent execution with collaboration across teams, focusing on pipeline generation, campaign management, content creation and sales enablement. In short, my role is about aligning marketing efforts with SAIM’s growth goals and customer needs, ensuring that our strategies deliver measurable, long-term impact.
How would you describe SAIM's company culture?
Everyone has been great. I’m always greeted with smiles, and from those whom I’ve met, I can feel a sense of purpose they have in their roles. Having conviction in your work and knowing that it’s making a real difference is so important. I feel supported and motivated by a team that is passionate about creating real impact and driving innovation in the industry.
What element of the SAIM digital platform has you most excited?
Overall, it would be its practicality. A platform like SAIM just makes sense in 2025. The ability to integrate real-time data, simplify compliance tracking and optimize facility performance all within one digital interface is a real game changer compared to what’s been used before. Additionally, SAIM’s flexibility to venture into adjacent and relevant markets shows that it’s a scalable solution.
How do you define success?
By driving impact and outcomes. Success for me means creating tangible results that align with the overall goals of the company. Growing revenue, building customer relationships and continuously optimizing our approach to meet their needs. Ultimately, I believe success is about creating value that sticks, moving the needle and positioning the company for long-term growth.
Where can you be found when you're not at work?
Being active is really important to me, whether outside, at the gym, playing a sport or just walking the block. I love Kansas, but I definitely think it could use more mountains! At the same time, there’s nothing like unwinding at home, curled up in my hideout and reading a book or listening to a podcast to recharge.
