Document Management: Secure, Organized, and Easy to Access.

The Challenge in the Field.
Critical documents like drawings, SOPs, manuals, permits, and vendor files often live in too many places: emails, desktops, file shares, binders, personal drives. Teams waste time searching, risk using outdated versions, or miss important information entirely. Even with a shared folder, documents rarely show up where they matter most: during inspections, repairs, or troubleshooting in the field.
The SAIM Solution.
SAIM centralizes document control and brings files directly into the work. Drawings, SOPs, manuals, and records live in a secure, searchable library, with version history and permissions. Those same documents can be linked to assets, inspections, tasks, and training so teams always access the right file at the right moment. Information stays organized, current, and easy for field and office teams to use.
Centralized Document Repository for Streamlined Operations.
SAIM’s Document Management Module provides a secure, searchable space for all your facility’s documents. From Facility Documents to Equipment Documents, you can organize, upload, and manage a wide variety of file types.
With drag-and-drop functionality and intuitive folder management, relocating files or creating new folders is simple and efficient. The Context Menu gives quick access to essential actions such as Open, Share, Download, Rename, and Delete, saving time and reducing errors.
Transparent History and Compliance Tracking.
Maintaining accountability is essential for facility management, and SAIM makes it easy. The Document History feature records all changes, shares, and updates, tied to specific users, so you can verify modifications and ensure data accuracy. You can search for documents by name, folder, asset tag, expiration date, or keywords within the document itself. Export historical logs to CSV for external review or analysis.
Additionally, Applicable Standards and custom SOPs can be attached to maintenance tasks, ensuring consistent access to critical guidelines and helping your team maintain compliance and operational excellence.
